Our system produces clear, structured logs and reports that make it easy to respond to standard audits, blind audits, and internal reviews without scrambling for data. All audits are saved and printable. An "Inventory Adjustments" report is available in the POS App and the Control Panel.
How accurate is inventory in real time?
Inventory updates with every sale, return, and adjustment. You can set par levels and low-stock alerts to prevent surprises. Adjust inventory directly from the POS App. E-Commerce, Menu Boards, and Kiosk update in real time.
Can I manage multiple locations?
Yes! Leafnet is built for multi-location operations with centralized reporting and consistent inventory controls across sites. You can create custom location groups for reporting purposes and receive nightly emailed reports for each respective location or location group. User accounts are set to specific locations.

Role-based permissions in the POS App let you control who can ring sales, issue refunds, manage inventory, and view reports, which is ideal for compliance-heavy environments. On our Control Panel, you can customize manager access and location access.
