NMS2S transition help for any New Mexico dispensary
Any POS. Not just ours.
The state gave operators about two weeks of notice to move off BioTrack. Retail cutover is 12:01 a.m. on September 4, and the weekend that follows is a holiday weekend.
We are an Albuquerque cannabis POS company. Our team has been working through this transition closely, and we would rather see New Mexico operators get through it cleanly than watch stores lose a weekend to it.
So we are offering our help to anyone who wants it, including operators running Dutchie, Treez, Cova, BLAZE, or anything else.
What we will actually do
Whatever is useful. Most conversations cover:
- Walking your BioTrack reconciliation with you before the September 1 sync
- Checking your NM-PLUS primary controlling person setup so you can get into NMS2S and add staff
- Working through the September 2 to September 4 overlap, where it is easy to get inventory numbers wrong
- Talking through what your team needs to know before their first shift on the new system
- Being available during cutover weekend if something breaks

We answer the phone. Any day, any time.
Request help
Takes about a minute. We'll reach out same day.
Where we stand on NMS2S: We are actively building Leafnet's NMS2S integration, working from the state's current API documentation and in ongoing contact with the NMS2S team. The help above does not depend on that work. Reconciliation, NM-PLUS setup, and cutover planning are the same regardless of which POS you run.
